Convert installed office 2013 retail to volume

This should be simple enough through the KMS console. Depending on the version you're using the commands are slightly different. We're using 3.1 and I believe its:-1) locate the device reporting as retail2) right click and choose 'install product key'3) Select the option 'Automatically select a KMS Client Key (GVLK)”4) Provide the relevant credentials5) Update licsense status6) right click the device again and you should have an option 'Volume Activate'Tried that - didnt work. I think I know why.As the Asus has currently got Windows 8.1 there is no corresponding version in Vlsc as this only shows me windows 8.1 Pro.

Convert Ms Office 2013 Retail To Volume

If I had windows 8.1 Pro on the Asus already then I could probably do the conversion. I have done this with an ASUS Transformer, It now runs 8.1 Pro from a Volume License ISO.Before it will recognise the ISO as bootable you need to make it UEFI supported or it will NOT boot no matter what you try (as the VL ISOs are not UEFI, or at least ours wasn't!) See more below on how to do that:Once you have modified the ISO you can either burn to DVD and use an external drive, or use USB memory sticks. There is no direct BIOS options upon boot, so you need to do an 'Advanced Restart' from within Windows 8 PC Settings which should give you the option to boot external device.Make sure to use the 32bit 8.1 ISO as x64 wasn't supported on our ASUS Transformer. Also, all of the drivers are on the ASUS website for 32bit Windows 8 so these shouldn't be a problem.Once you have a working Transformer on 8.1 Pro you can create a backup image through Windows and apply it to other devices.Hope that helps!
