If you missed out on promotion from Origin, you can still get your hands on it. Users are reporting that as long as you own The Sims 2, an Origin representative will gladly add the Ultimate Collection to your Origin account.I’m pretty sure EA no longer supports The Sims 2 as far as technical support is concerned, so be sure to check out some common help threads for issues with the game:,.Via: If you contact Origin support (you need an origin account first though) and explain that you missed out on the promotion when it was running, they will add it to your account. I hope you get this message! Today I found out they had given away the collection in 2014 and was so bummed.

I still buy the games and expansions so I messaged a live chat online with EA support. I told them how much I love the sims and how sad I was to miss that. And I asked if there was any way to still get it. They asked for my Origin name and logged into my account and saw I had multiple sims games.
They then gave me a code for the game and I now have it installed with all of the expansion packs!! EA really is a great company and they care about their customers that support them. I hope this helps!
