Despite a few installation hassles, we found this suite of PDF tools easy to use and highly effective. Bluebeam Lite integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel, appearing as a small toolbar that allows you to convert documents to PDF files or image formats such as GIF, BMP, and PNG. It also converts CAD files and provides quick access to Bluebeam Lite's FTP client, though you'll need to go to the Start menu to use the watermarking feature and the file-merging utility. With the included PDF Revu utility, you can view and rearrange PDF documents and mark them up with graphics, highlighting, and text.
