Good audio performance-excellent narration. The problem is the content; it's just dry and very 'medical' (and I'm saying that as a doctor). Two views of BPD can be categorized as either medical or psychosocial. I think the psychosocial view provides a better understanding that helps nonBPDs understand what they are dealing with. When you open a save file, you will end up in the overworld. In the exe, you can press R to restart the music and break the game. In the hack, you can't do that. But you can activate an overworld camera to see your progress.
You also can't go back in both versions. When you go to the Sunken Airship from Super Mario Bros. 3, you'll notice some differences. (Before I continue, I want to point out that the Sunken Airship isn't an exclusive level only in these games. It's a real thing in SMW and is CONFIRMED in the MANUAL that it's from SMB3!) The first difference is that the cannons won't shoot out Bullet Bills in the exe, and the pipe that the eyeless Boo is blocking is green instead of yellow like in the hack. In the hack, you see a cutscene before going to the next level. The Bowser (A.K.A. King Koopa) monument cries blood and has red glowing eyes. Oh, and you can't go back.
The exe has a cutscene of you going into the castle, the hack has nothing. The exe tells you that you're invincible making you invincible, the hack has nothing.yet. Lot's of eyeless Boos in both versions, and a Banzai Bill crying blood in both versions.

However, in the hack, you get a Super Star when the Banzai Bill is close to you. Same messages in both versions like 'I hate you' and 'Why won't you die?'
Both versions have Big Boos, but the exe has them chase you, where as the hack makes them act like regular Big Boos. Both versions have a pipe, but the exe makes you go underwater to get it, and no background. The hack doesn't randomly put you in water, and there's still a background. Also, if you swim far enough, you will find a Easter Egg of Weegee who originated in the Mario Is Missing PC edition. Both versions transition you into water, but the exe has a? Block with a Super Mushroom, where as you will turn big in the hack.
Slightly wider path in exe, both versions have thwomps mashing blood, and both have spikes with dead Marios. However, in the hack, they chase after you (even though they do nothing to you). The next pipe in the exe brings you out of water, where you're still in water in the hack. There's a pipe that leads to the boss in the exe, where as there's a door in the hack. Both have a mushroom with a weird face on it. The exe one gives you a cheap jumpscare with a transition of, and (and probably one other).
You then end up at the back of the room. The one in the hack just kills you. Sonic.EXE's laugh could be heard and a bloody text reads 'Your Next.' No, I didn't spell it wrong. That's actually how it's spelled in the game. You end up back in the overworld, but now it has a red hue. Oh, and you have to start the level from the beginning.

When you fight the boss, you see Mario walking in the hack. Both versions have Luigi jump out and say 'You thought Koopa worked alone?' The exe has a cutscene with Luigi beating up Mario, and then Mario punches him into the lava as Luigi screams 'OH GOD NO!' Mario starts to mourn.
SO HOW ABOUT A INTERACTIVE BOSS FIGHT WITH LUIGI? WHERE YOU HAVE TO BRING DOWN HIS HEALTH TO 0 AND DOGE HIS FIRE BREATH IN THE HACK! At least it's better than a cutscene. You then get a cape to knock Luigi into the lava as he screams 'OH GOD NO!' This time, Mario doesn't mourn and there's no 'You killed the boss theme.' It has the same ending picture, but the exe version has that jumpscare, and the hack just ends.
Also, the exe music is from Super Paper Mario in the underwater section of the Underwhere (World -1). The hack's music comes from.I have no idea.
